FITRYA may collect account details such as name, email and phone number, challenge enrollment information, fitness goals, body measurements, food preferences, training preferences, progress entries and notification choices that you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, personalize your fitness experience, administer challenges, track progress, provide support, prevent abuse and improve FITRYA.

Photos

Future You Preview and progress-photo features are optional. When enabled, photos are used only to provide the requested FITRYA feature and are not shared publicly without your permission.

Payments

Payment card or banking credentials are handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by FITRYA. We may store payment status and transaction references.

Communications

App notifications are the default reminder channel. WhatsApp reminders are optional and only used when you choose them.

Data security and deletion

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect account information. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your account information, subject to legal or transaction-record requirements.

Fitness information

FITRYA provides general fitness and wellness guidance and is not a medical diagnosis or emergency service.
